Declaring Mahjongg
You win by completing a hand of 14 tiles arranged as 4 Sets + 1 Pair.
Self-drawn (Tsumo) – You draw the winning tile yourself. All other players pay you!
Discard (Ron) – Another player discards the tile you need. Only that player pays!
Some variations require a minimum number of points (called "fan") to win.
